The latest Jeremy Kyle Show star to be sent to prison is Toni Hodgson, who appeared on the show in November 2014, as part of an explosive episode titled 'Daughters at War: Today I’ll prove I’m their father!'

The foul-mouthed mum-of-two shocked viewers when she ran on stage to hurl a tirade of abuse at an elderly man claiming to be her dad.

Today The Sun revealed the 31-year-old has been jailed for 30 months, for an unrelated incident.

It came after cops found her in possession of seven wraps of heroin and seven of cocaine, as well as scales and other paraphernalia in her home, which suggested she was dealing.

Here we take a look at other Jeremy Kyle stars who fell foul of the law.

Mick Philpott

Evil child killer Philpott appeared on the show in 2007, clashing with host Jeremy over his irresponsible lifestyle.

The fame-hungry con bragged how he'd fathered 15 kids and lived in a throuple with his two lovers.

On the show he defended his behaviour and insisted he had undergone a vasectomy.

Philpott went on to have two more kids and was dubbed Britain's Biggest Scrounger after it was revealed he was raking in £25,000 a year in benefits.

Former MP Ann Widdecombe witnessed Philpott's volatile temper first hand when she stayed with him at his home for a TV documentary about benefit claimants in 2008.

He was jailed for life in 2013 after six of his 17 kids were killed in a house fire that he and wife Mairead started in 2012.

Jade Philpott, 10, and brothers Duwayne, 13, John, nine, Jack, eight, Jesse, six and Jayden, five, all perished in the blaze, which the vile dad had hoped to pin on his ex-girlfriend.

Philpott is serving his term at HMP Wakefield in West Yorkshire.

Mormon Kent was a hit when he appeared on Jeremy Kyle dressed in a suit and trainers, accusing his wife Louise of being unfaithful.

She failed her lie detector test but the couple vowed to stay together for their family.

But just months later armed cops were called to a hostage situation at his home.

Obsessed by his wife's alleged infidelity, he threatened to kill himself while locked inside with two kids.

After hours of negotiation, police eventually talked him down and he was later sentenced to 16 weeks inside.

Geordie twins Mark and Philip Craggs, featured on the Kyle Show back in 2008 after Philip accused Mark of having an affair with his fiancée.

Their show was broadcast as murder victim Paul Gilbert clung to life after being attacked by the brothers in an horrific street stabbing.

Philip was jailed for 15-and-a-half years for knifing Paul three times.

Meanwhile his brother got 21 months for his role in the attack.

Richard Unwin

Unwin appeared in a fiery episode of the show with the tag line: “I didn’t cheat with the neighbour but did you have sex with your ex?”

He, former girlfriend Lucy Hammond and her new man Jason Markey thrashed out their differences in the studio - but it didn't resolve their issues.

Months later Unwin stormed round Lucy's house and assaulted Jason, leaving him with a cut ear.

He received a 10 month prison sentence.

Sleazy landlord Cox was banged up in May 2022 after demanding sex for rent from vulnerable women.

It was another Jeremy Kyle fronted show, The Kyle Files, that first exposed his crimes in 2018.

The 53-year-old became the first person in the UK to be jailed for the offence that saw him demand sexual favours involving BDSM, spanking and bondage from tenants.

After being confronted by Jeremy, Cox sent panicked texts to a friend saying, "I don't know what to do, I will end up on TV, everyone will know my dirty secrets."

He later said he “deserved” the humiliation.

Joseph Edge

Edge battered his pregnant girlfriend while they were having sex over suspicions she'd cheated on him.

The thug headbutted his partner of two years, cut her hair and burned her with a cigarette, despite the fact she'd recently passed a lie detector test on Jeremy Kyle.

The then 24-year-old, who had a string of previous convictions to his name, was arrested while standing over the mum-of-his kids in a bar toilet.

He was jailed in 2014 for 16 months.
