RESIDENTS say their lives are being made hell by a notorious traveller neighbour who has put up eyesore buildings and let his dogs roam wild.
Patrick Doran, a self-described Irish traveller in his 30s, denies claims that he has menaced villagers in Stickney, Lincolnshire.
The Daily Mail claims that, under the alias Alan Gray, he has asked the local council for permission to built 30 stands for static homes and caravans in a field near the village.
The three-acre site is already being developed without permission - with a number of eyesore buildings reportedly near completion.
Villagers claimed that Doran has also let his huge Belgian malinois dogs roam wild on his land - and that he allegedly threatened a lollipop lady after she noticed he was parked on double yellow lines.

A local told the Mail: "Alan Gray put his fingers to the side of his head, mimicking a gun.
"He's also been threatening people in the area."
Lincolnshire Police confirmed that it is investigating complaints made by villagers.
A council source said: "All the hardstanding he's put down means water runs off his land and causes flooding.
"There is also a septic tank which leaks into a ditch outside."
Doran and his relatives were previously kicked out of New Zealand after they threatened locals and stole from a service station while on holiday in January 2019.
The mayor of Auckland branded the family "trash" and "worse than pigs" following claims they left rubbish on Takapuna Beach and abused a local woman.
Later on in 2019 Doran bought a plot of land near Ombersley in Worcestershire - where it is claimed he ignored a council ruling and built a bungalow.
After the Planning Inspectorate warned him he could only park two caravans on the site, he allegedly brought in five.
Human waste was allegedly strewn along nearby paths and on top of a 10ft wall - with female travellers reportedly marching into the local pub in their dressing gowns to wash in the toilet.

Locals claimed that Doran told them he would only move elsewhere if they paid him a total of £600,000.
East Lindsey District Council said: "The council has not told Mr Gray that he can be offered the land for use as a transit site, nor given any permissions for work that has taken place there.
"An application for the site has been submitted on July 11. However, it is currently invalid.
"Further information is required before it can start to be determined.
"The Planning Enforcement team also have an ongoing enforcement case for the site."
