With various Love Island couples in the UK getting married and having babies, it's worth a look into how the US cast members are doing in terms of love.
Since the show made its way across the pond in 2019, four seasons of Islanders have made their way into the villa. But surprisingly, their success rate isn't anything close to what the UK version has achieved, with only two couples currently together. Coincidentally, they both finished in second place.
Sydney Paight and Isaiah Campbell are the only couple from the last season still together. Winners Timmy Pandolfi and Zeta Morrison claimed that their relationship took a turn for the worst as soon as they left the villa.
However, Sydney and Isaiah didn't have an obvious happily ever after, but they made it. Sydney was seen crying a lot over Isaiah's playboy ways as he moved from bombshell to bombshell.
But in the end, the two left the villa together. Sydney posts a lot about her collaboration with Fashion Nova on her Instagram and Isaiah is there in every comments section to hype up his girlfriend. On her Fourth of July post, Isaiah commented: "B-U-tiful. You look so good bb."
The Challenge US signs up five UK celebs including Towie and Big Brother starsKyra Lizama and Will Moncada from season two had a bumpy road. The two split up in 2021, three months after the season ended. However, their story wasn't over yet and the two were seen seven months later at Ganga Tattoo in Los Angeles.
The two have a joint Instagram where they share posts of them together. Most recently, the two posted about how they celebrated the Fourth of July at a football game in Los Angeles.
While these couples seem happy, none of the winners of Love Island USA stayed together long.
Season one winners Elizabeth Weber and Zac Mirabelli were a fan favourite after getting together immediately, exchanging 'I love you's, and going on to win the $100,000 prize. However, the couple only dated a few months with Zac writing on Instagram: "The breakup was mutual and we have left on amicable terms."
The winners of season two, Caleb Corprew and Justine Ndiba made history being the first black couple to win the show in franchise history. But alas, four months after they won the couple announced they broke up.
"This is extremely difficult for me to express but out of respect for those of you who supported me, and rode for me, I want you to know that Caleb and I are no longer together," said Justine in a statement when the split was announced.
Korey Gandy & Olivia Kaiser won season three and broke up three months after the finale. Like the past winners, they took to social media to announce their separation.
Korey said once they stepped out of the villa and the real world hit, the relationship couldn't overcome its challenges. "This was a mutual decision to take a step back in our relationship and just be friends for now," he said.
