Millie Radford is part of that huge family, and in April 2024 revealed she had got engaged to her partner.
Who is Millie Radford?
Millie Radford was born on August 29, 2001 and is the seventh child and third daughter of Sue and Noel Radford.
She shot to fame when the family landed their own Channel 5 show, 22 Kids and Counting, in 2018.
The young mum works as a healthcare assistant to maintain her growing family.

Millie is very active on social media, with nearly 130K followers on Instagram (as of April 2024).

How many children does Millie Radford have?
After getting pregnant at 18, Millie is has gone on to have three children of her own.
Aged 19, she welcomed her first daughter in September 2020, and she named her Ophelia.
Millie is no longer with Ophelia's father, who's identity remains a secret, as they they broke up not long after she fell pregnant.
The reality star opened up about her relationship with him and revealed: "he just wasn't happy to step up and be a dad so he's never been named".
Speaking in a Q&A video on the family's YouTube channel in November 2020, Millie explained why her ex-boyfriend isn't part of his daughter's life.
"I'm not saying who he is because he's completely out of our lives," she said. "He's in a new relationship, we don't have anything to do with each other."
She continued: "We haven't had anything to do with each other for months – from pretty much the beginning of my pregnancy.

On February 20, 2022, she welcomed her second child, a son, Chester.
Millie kept her pregnancy secret until her due date and in March 2022, opened up about Chester's birth in a question time "catch up" on her Instagram stories.

She also identified Chester's dad for the first time, revealing he was her secret boyfriend called Harley Passmore.
In May 2023, Millie revealed she is pregnant for the third time with her partner.
Taking to Instagram, Millie informed her followers that she was expecting another girl.
Her baby, another daughter named Jade, was born in September 2023.
In April 2024, Millie excitedly told fans that she Harley had asked her to marry him, during a trip to Disney Land.
Revealing the news, Harley told fans: "She said yes…I love you my wife to be!"

Noel and Sue Radford have welcomed 22 children in total, with Millie being the seventh child.
Their three eldest children no longer live at home.
The Radford family live in a ten-bed former care home which they bought for £240,000 in 2004.
In July 2023, Sue Radford recently announced that the family plan to leave their home of over 15 years for a brand new home.
The new home will have to be big enough to house their massive brood, including Millie's new addition.
