X FACTOR hunk Jake Quickenden sent temperatures soaring as he stripped off for a sizzling new snap.
The singer and TV star was celebrating his epic body transformation with the steamy snap that saw him strip off to nothing but a tiny towel.
Jake, 35, posted a side-by-side photo that showcased the changes to his body.
On the left-hand side, whilst still looking in shape, his abs and muscles were noticeably less defined.
On the right, Jake's abs were centre stage as he showed off his six-pack in all its glory.

The tattooed star had fans drooling as he kept his modesty hidden with a tiny towel as he flashed his toned-up thighs.
He shared a lengthy caption to make his fitness and body journey as he celebrated his achievements.
Jake penned: "Don’t post much about fitness on my page as most people ain’t interested I don’t think but 6 months of consistent training and eating the right things.
"Had probs 7 alcoholic drinks since September, I used to think I could out train bad nutrition but now I know it’s so important.
"I’m 35 in a month and can honestly say physically I’m in the best shape of my life, mentally it helps and hopefully will go a long way to help me live longer and be more mobile as the years continue to pass."
He explained that his fitness journey had also been motivated by fatherhood and wanting to stay in good shape to always stay active with his son.
Jake shares a son, Leo, with his wife Sophie Church.
He added: "Am I tired yes, do I have days where I can’t be ar**d absolutely but staying disciplined and knowing as I get older it’s super important to stay healthy.
"I wanna play football with the lads and even with there kids, I wanna be able to run and move and play and everything I’m trying to do now will help in the future.
"Will I calm down yes probs I’ll have some time off but I love training and it’s always been a part of my life."

Gushing over the star, one adoring fan said: "Fit as absolute f*** ???????? should never be allowed wear a shirt."
