Back in July, Penelope made another appearance on TikTok on her mom Kourtney Kardashian's account.
The mom-and-daughter duo made a mini makeup tutorial video.
Penelope showed off her makeup routine, starting with applying various forms of face cream.
She sealed in the look by spritzing a setting spray all over her face.
The young teen closed off her simple look with some lipgloss.
Kourtney kept an entirely natural face and just brushed up her eyebrows.

Early in July, Kourtney posted a photo of her daughter wearing a flower crown on her Instagram.
Kourtney shared a photo of Penelope and her friend in the floral headpieces and captioned it: "11-year-old beauties."
She added: "Birthday girls!"
BIRTHDAY GIRL
Penelope rang in her big day with a lavish bash at her father, Scott Disick's $6million Calabasas mansion.
The party included a giant inflatable water slide leading into their massive in-ground pool and a mechanical bull that proved challenging for the pre-teen.
Scott shared a video on Instagram of Penelope attempting to stay on the bull, which showed his daughter being thrown off almost instantly.
The Flip It Like Disick alum teased in his caption that it's "not so easy."
In his next Story, Scott posted a selfie of himself kissing his only daughter's forehead.
He captioned the post: "I love my little dumpling."
Kourtney also shared a photo honoring her not-so-little girl on social media.
The picture showed The Kardashians star wearing no makeup and cuddling with Penelope on the couch.
Penelope seemed exhausted by the day as she fell asleep on her mother's shoulder.
