Shirley Ballas admitted she fears she "doesn't do well" with her relationship with boyfriend Danny Taylor but, insists their bond is stronger than ever.
The Strictly Come Dancing head judge revealed she struggles to strike the balance between her work life and romantic life but, the couple always find a way to make time for each other.
Speaking openly about her relationship, the Strictly head judge told Mirror: "I don't think I do too well on the relationship side. Danny and I are always busy. But, we have have respect, we have trust, we have FaceTime so we're constantly talking to each other.
"We send each other beautiful messages. I trust him, he trusts me. He's too busy, I'm too busy. But, we do want we can, we a holiday together at the beginning of the year on the MSC cruise line, which was wonderful, but I don't think I'm gonna get to see him now for another five or six weeks."
Shirley recently completed three daredevil challenges to raise money for the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), in honour of her late brother David who took his own life.

Shirley, who had ‘for David’ written on her hands throughout the final challenge in memory of her brother, said: “The Skydive today was by far the most difficult challenge, it was terrifying and exhilarating at the same time, leaving the plane was the terrifying part but floating amongst the clouds was the exhilarating part.”
Ahead of taking part in the challenges, Shirley told the Mirror she "hoped" Danny would "be at these challenges" as they had been "too busy" to see other.
Shirley was first married to her dance partner Sammy Stopford, aged 18 before they went their separate ways four years later. She later married American ballroom dancer Corky Ballas in 1985.
hey remained married for 22 years and had a son Mark, now 36, before splitting in 2007 - but it wasn’t a happy marriage for Shirley. In her 2020 memoir, Behind The Sequins, Shirley revealed Corky had “multiple girlfriends” even when she moved to America for him, adding: “I gave up my life for that man.”
