Elvis Presley's daughter Lisa Marie tragically died earlier this year, with her $4.6m (£3.5m) Calabasas home now said to be on the market.
Lisa, who was 54 at the time of her passing, lived in a sprawling mansion until her death, with her found unresponsive in the residence on January 12, 2023. And now the mansion is up for sale after a complete renovation by the star's pal.
The home, which is based in Calabasas in the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles County, California, in which Lisa resided, is a 7,440-square-foot mansion which boasts of six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. When Lisa set up home in the residence, she is reported to have rented it it, with her planning to purchase it before her death.
TMZ have reported that the sprawling home is listed for $4,679,000 (£3,642,378), which comes after her realtor pal, Robb Friedman, renovated the property following her passing. The swanky home is worth the eye-watering price tag too, with it not only boasting of an abundance of bedrooms and bathrooms, but a gym, a comfy home cinema, a wine cellar, a huge pool and views of the canyon.
According to the outlet, the house is listed by celebrity realtors Robb and Nikki Friedman.
Lisa Marie Presley was 'grateful to be alive' after past addiction battleLisa moved into the house in 2020, with the singer-songwriter setting up home with her twin daughters, Finley and Harper, and her ex-husband Danny Keough. The couple were married from 1988 to 1994.
But Lisa's dream of purchasing the mansion to be her family's forever home were dashed when she went into cardiac arrest at the start of the year. Paramedics arrived and performed CPR on the star before she was rushed to hospital.
Pronounced dead mere hours after arriving at the hospital, Lisa's cause of death was not immediately revealed. But earlier this month it was revealed that the star died from weight loss surgery complications.
The Los Angeles County Coroner's report ruled her cause of death as being caused by small bowel obstruction which "developed after bariatric surgery years ago".
Friends of the star were incredibly shocked to learn of her weight loss surgery, with one hitting out: "When did you ever see Lisa look as if she needed bariatric surgery? She was not big at all. I don’t know what kind of doctor would perform this surgery on her," at the time.
