Molly-Mae Hague revealed her grandmother had to move in with the influencer's mother as her health is 'deteriorating so badly'.
The pregnant Love Island star, who is expecting her first baby, took to her YouTube channel to explain the family situation to her followers.
She was overjoyed to host her grandmother for Christmas but worried about her nana's ability to go to the booked pub meal due to her limited mobility.
While sitting in her car in between running errands, Molly-Mae told her fans: "It's hard as with my Nana, she's not very mobile. My Nana has actually moved in with my mum.
"I don't think I've mentioned that before. I don't really ever speak about family stuff."
Pregnant Stacey Solomon brands herself an 'old fogy' over NYE plans with JoeThe 23-year-old added: "But my Nana had to move in with my mum permanently because her health was just deteriorating so badly and we didn't want to put her in a home because that's not what she would have either."
Molly-Mae went on to explain that her mother is retired so she has 'time to look after her now'.
"My nan's not very stable on her legs and she struggles quite a bit," the reality star explained.
"So we're taking her to the pub tonight for a pub dinner is going to be interesting, like trying to get her in and out of the pub, it will be different.
"But it's nice to take things slow and to spend time making sure she's okay."
The Love Island contestant had been more than happy to be the hostess with the mostest as those closest to her joined the mum-to-be at her new home for Christmas.
In a picture shared during the Christmas period, Molly-Mae's grandma and her close family members all smiled for the camera as they sat around the dinner table.
Meanwhile, the star has been preparing for the arrival of her first baby with boyfriend Tommy Fury.
She recently shared a picture of her growing baby bump while taking a walk with her beau.
Captioning her post, Molly-Mae wrote: "Not long now little girl."
