THE KARDASHIANS have a new elite club in their family, and it was started by young children.
Kim Kardashian, 42, shared a new photo of her four-year-old son Psalm on her Instagram.
He was standing with Kim's niece and Khloe Kardashian's, 39, five-year-old daughter True Thompson.
They were standing in one of the Kardashian's luxury home gyms while showing off their new accessories.
True was wearing a pink and black cast on her arm while Psalm wore an all-black arm cast.

The Skims founder dubbed them the "cousin cast club" in the caption of the social media post.
In addition to the cast, True was wearing a light pink matching set with scalloped hems.
Psalm was sporting a black sweatshirt with a graphic design and knee-length shorts with a bandana print on them.
Both of the kids looked thrilled to be showing off their new injuries.

Fans on Reddit and Instagram grew very concerned with Psalm's safety after the photo was posted.
One said: "Why do their kids constantly have broken bones…"
Another said: "Psalm’s injury looks pretty serious."
A third said: "How did they both break their arms ????"
Someone said: "How come all the Kardashians are breaking bones??"

Earlier this week, Kim appeared to coax her scared son Saint West to jump off a dangerous rocky cliff at the lake.

The famous Hulu star encouraged Saint, seven, to take the big jump in the water - and the moment was caught on camera.
She appeared to be sitting on a floaty on the lake while Saint was up high on a rock above.
In the video, it sounds as if a large group was present, but only a few other children were in the frame.
"Ronaldo is in the water!" The Kardashians star shouted in the clip, referring to one of Saint's favorite soccer players Cristiano Ronaldo who plays for Al Nassr.
Despite the encouragement, Saint appeared hesitant and nervous as he looked down at the lake.
Eventually, Saint's friend took the leap into the water while he remained on the cliff.
