Roxanne Pallet participated in the 22nd series of Celebrity Big Brother in 2018 when she falsely accused fellow housemate Ryan Thomas of punching her.
At the time she claimed the former Coronation Street actor had "punched her like a boxer punches a bag" during a play fight.
She spoke into her microphone saying: "I've just been beaten up by Corrie's Jason Grimshaw. Big Brother that hurt."

Roxanne then went into the diary room where she said: "A boy has punched me repeatedly, unprovoked, completely deliberate.
"He actually punched me. Like a boxer would a bag! We weren't play fighting. It wasn't banter. It wasn't a joke. There was no exchange.
"I can't believe you're letting someone stay who's done that. It's not okay!"
Thomas was given a formal warning for "unacceptable behaviour" over the incident.
Despite saying he did it with "no malice", Pallett went on to call him a "liar" and a "woman beater" before deciding to leave the house in the early hours of Day 17.
Two days later she gave an interview during an eviction show with Emma Willis where she apologised for the false accusation.
She said she had made a "horrible mistake" after the incident generated more than 25,000 viewer complaints to Ofcom.
Roxanne said: "I'm the most hated person in Britain.
"I am scared about the future… I just want to say I'm sorry."
Ryan went on to win the series after receiving support from more than 20 Emmerdale cast members.

At the time The Sun reported that Pallett's then-fiancé and mum stood by her throughout "punch gate".

Roxanne's life has moved on since being involved in the Big Brother controversy.
After moving to the US, in November 2019 Roxanne got engaged to firefighter and former Married at First Sight star Jason Carrion.
On January 26, 2020 the pair got married in New York before announcing in June 2021 that they were expecting their first baby together.
They decided to name their son Maverick.
