JOE Jonas has filed for divorce from his wife, Sophie Turner.
It comes just days after speculation the couple were headed toward a split following accusations of marriage troubles.
The popular hitmaker has decided to end his marriage, according to legal docs seen by TMZ.
The docs have revealed that the singer has also asked for joint custody of the couple's two daughters: Willa, three, and their one-year-old.
The outlet noted the famous pair have a prenuptial agreement, and that Joe had been looking for a lawyer for at least a week.

According to The Blast, the prenuptial agreement states that Joe will “keep all of his royalties from the music” with his siblings, while Sophie will keep the money she made from Game Of Thrones as well as “any residuals from her acting career.”
Their homes that were obtained before they got married will remain with their rightful owner.
A source shed some light on Joe's reasoning for his decision, telling the outlet: "She likes to party, he likes to stay at home. They have very different lifestyles."
Joe, 34, is said to be repped by Tom Sasser, who handled pro golfer Tiger Woods' infamous divorce to Elin Nordegren.
Over the weekend, fans were left stunned after a report claimed the musician and the Game of Thrones star's marriage was rocky.
At the time, insiders told TMZ the pair had been facing problems for at least six months.
Sources also claimed that over the last three, Joe had been caring for their kids "pretty much all of the time."
Joe, who resides in Los Angeles with Sophie, is currently on tour with his brothers Nick and Kevin - the outlet revealed their children are with him.

Back in 2022, the UK star admitted that she wanted to move back home to raise her little ones.
"I miss England so much," she confessed to Us Weekly in an interview. "The people, the attitude, everything."

She added: "I'm slowly dragging my husband back. I really love living in America but, for my mental health, I have to be around my friends and my family."
Joe's filling comes seven years after he met Sophie, 27, through his agent.
The two would meet up at what Sophie described in 2020 as a grungy bar and stood in a corner talking for hours.
She recalled to Elle: "I remember the two of us spending only a couple of minutes on the dance floor, and then we just found a space far in the corner and we just talked.
"We talked for hours, and hours, and hours. And I was, like, not bored. It wasn’t contrived. It wasn’t small talk—it was just so easy. And soon we were, like, inseparable. I went on tour with him."
The stars tied the knot in May 2019 in Las Vegas, two years after getting engaged.
