A MUM says McDonald’s staff beat a rat to death with a broom as it ran around their shopping centre restaurant.
Camille Oladokun, 21, says she was scared the rodent “was going to attack” her daughter Yana Atayi, three, as it scuttled round her buggy.
She said: “I know they can be aggressive. I didn’t care about myself; I didn’t want it near her.”

From tongue scraping to saying no, here are 12 health trends to try in 2023"I didn't really watch them beat it to death. I turned my daughter's buggy around because I didn't want her to see that but I heard them do it and they said it was dead.

McDonald’s said staff “took immediate steps to rectify the situation”.
The outlet was closed for cleaning.
Experts found no other pests, it said.
Camille has vowed never to eat at one of the fast food giant's UK outlets again.
