REBEKAH Vardy has set up a company to cash in on her court clash with Coleen Rooney – called Wagatha Christie International.
It is a “media representation” firm of which mum-of-five Becky, 41, is the sole director and shareholder, Companies House documents show.

The story comes as Coleen is set to reveal all about the drama in a new Disney+ documentary.
The firm was created on April 28, days after The Sun revealed Becky had trademarked the phrase “Wagatha Christie” to stop others cashing in on it.

It means anyone wanting to use the phrase must first gain Becky’s permission – and if she allows it, pay her.
Among the things covered are clothing, cosmetics, drinks and broadcasting.
Last July, a judge ruled in favour of Man United and England legend Wayne's sleuth wife Coleen after she accused Becky of leaking stories to the Press.
Becky has always denied any wrongdoing but must pay 90 per cent of Coleen's whopping £1.8million legal bill.
In June, we told how the Wags are locked in a fresh row over the tab Becky has been lumbered with.
She claims some of the figures in Coleen's bill have rocketed by more than 300 per cent.
Becky was fuming over the claims, which include £2,000 for one of Coleen's lawyers to kip at a five-star hotel.
Also slapped on was a £225 bill for breakfast and drinks at the Nobu Hotel in London.
Coleen's lawyers are said to have budgeted for £500,000 initially.

Coleen's lawyers previously revealed she had the opportunity to contemplate calling in bailiffs to seize £800,000 of legal costs after Becky admitted she did not have the cash.
Mum-of-four Coleen is featuring in the September edition of Vogue magazine - which is likely to infuriate Becky.
Her Disney+ documentary Coleen Rooney: The Real Wagatha Story airs later this year.
