The star wore a pretty navy blue dress with a white speck print on it, and the garment featured long sleeves and a low cut V-neckline.

As Carol told BBC Breakfast viewers that it was a very mild start to the day for January, she was inundated with nice messages on Twitter.

One wrote: "Actually @carolkirkwood looks normal and natural, and beautiful."

Another tweeted: "Morning Carol. Your so beautiful."

A third added: "Good morning lovely" alongside two heart emojis.

It's the second day in a row that Carol has wowed viewers with her outfit choice.

Yesterday, Carol wore a berry-coloured lace dress which featured long sleeves and a round neck, with the material hugging her curves.

Taking to Twitter, one fan wrote: "@carolkirkwood
looks exceptionally nice this morning. Lovely dress."

Another added: "Good morning sexy Carol, hope your ok, have a lovely day, fancy a date lol."

However it's highly unlikely Carol will take the Twitter user up on their offer considering she became engaged to fiance Steve in May last year.

BBC Breakfast airs daily from 6am on BBC One.
