Caitlyn Jenner has admitted how involved she was in the release of her stepdaughter Kim Kardashian's sex tape.
The former Olympian has spoken out on the subject in Sky's new documentary House Of Kardashian, claiming that she had little to no knowledge of the tape or its contents. Caitlyn, 73, recalled thinking at the time of the tape coming to light: "Whatever's going on, I don't know what it is and I'm gonna go to the golf course. To be honest with you, I just stayed out of it."
While Caitlyn claims to have had no input in the tape - which was recorded in 2003 - being released in 2007, Kim's ex-boyfriend Ray J who filmed the footage previously claimed to the Daily Mail that Kris Jenner had watched two different versions of the X-rated home movie before making a decision on which should be released. Both Kris and Kim have strongly denied playing any role in the release of the tape and maintain it was leaked without their consent or knowledge.

I don't know what happened, why it happened." She then stressed again that she had "no idea" if Kim and Kris "worked together" to release the tape.
She added: "I never, ever once had that conversation. Nor did I want to have that conversation." Keeping Up With The Kardashians was already a planned series before the tape came out, but had not yet been filmed. The series premiere mostly focussed on addressing the scandal and the family's newfound fame.
In the premiere, Kris spoke on her feelings about the situation. She said: "When I first heard about Kim's sex tape, as her mother, I wanted to kill her. But as her manager, I knew that I had a job to do and I really just wanted her to move past it."
Ray J meanwhile denied ever leaking the tape and made allegations that there were two videos featuring Kim engaging in sexual acts with Ray J that she chose from. He said: "I've never leaked anything. I have never leaked a sex tape in my life. It has never been a leak. It's always been a deal and a partnership between Kris Jenner and Kim and me and we've always been partners since the beginning of \ this thing."
Ray J claimed that he only spoke out after an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians saw Kim express her concerns over him potentially leaking more explicit footage of her. Her husband at the time, Kanye West, then acquired a laptop from Ray J saying his family would no longer be "extorted."
