IDRIS Virgo has made a big name for himself inside the ring.

Who is Idris Virgo?
Idris Virgo is a 30-year-old from Birmingham.
He used to work on a railway before becoming a full-time boxer.

In an exclusive interview with Daily Star, he explained: “I do want to start acting, I want to get into acting and hopefully get into a small series or a cameo in one of those movies."
He went on: “I’d love to do a soap, I’m still a big EastEnders fan and Hollyoaks. Either EastEnders or Hollyoaks I'd love to do either one of them.”
When asked what sort of character he could embody in the Square, he warned fans that he could become a new baddie.
Was Idris Virgo on Love Island?
Idris took part in the fourth season of the popular dating show.
"I'm looking for a soulmate, a partner in crime, a long term partner," he said at the time.
However, he only lasted a matter of days in the villa after failing to win the affection of new girl Alexandra Cane.
Speaking about his time on the show, he explained how it was the "best experience of my life".
He the MailOnline: "I learned how to not get too heated when someone's stepping on my toes.
"It changed my career and I've got to give props to the show. It taught me that it doesn't matter who you are - be silly and be confident in what you're doing.
"You're the only person who can judge you. It gave me a big confidence boost."

What is Idris Virgo's boxing record?
Virgo has a wealth of experience in the professional side of the sport - boasting a 12-0-1 record.
In September 2023, he beat Aaron Chalmers inside three rounds and is now setting his sights on Floyd Mayweather.
He told Planet Sport: “I really want to fight because I’ve done something that Floyd couldn’t, in three rounds. Floyd had eight round and he couldn’t get Aaron out of there. I got him out in three rounds.
“I want to fight Floyd because I don’t believe he is TBE [The Best Ever] anymore.
"I’m the greatest, I’m the best ever because if Floyd couldn’t do something, and I did it, it shows the level that Floyd is at and it shows the level that I’m at."
