Bumstead started competitive bodybuilding at 19 in 2014.

Just two years later, Bumstead won the IFBB North American Bodybuilding Championship.

In November, he'll be seeking his fifth consecutive title.

On Instagram, the star announced to his 19million followers that he was working on a new technique.

He captioned in a post: "Been prioritizing the leg press this prep for the first time ever and I have to admit it’s felt pretty darn good.

"My old man knees can handle a decent load with good depth. Plus I tried out the new @pureiron.strength swing squat for the first time.

"Felt great, little to no pressure on my lower back and good even tension on my quads.

"Overall great leg day, I only have a few of these left so I’m making the most of them."

Fans of the bodybuilding sensation say he "looks better every single year."
