FANS have been left shocked by the latest Strictly special of DIY SOS after a beloved star was nowhere to be seen.

Nick Knowles and the team from DIY SOS have joined up with familiar Strictly Come Dancing faces to work on a new project.

Chris, Jules, and Billy, who are known for the popular home improvement programme, have been working with the dancers to renovate a performing arts school.

Dancers Anton Du Beke, Katya Jones and Graziano Di Prima swapped their dancing shoes for hard hats as they came to help transform the new True Colours venue in Newcastle.

But viewers called out the BBC show last night after noticing one of their favourite DIY workers was not present in the latest episode.

One person took to X, formerly known as Twitter, asking: "Loving the programme tonight but where is Jules???"

Another puzzled fan wrote: "Where’s Jules??????"

In the most recent episode Chris Frediani could be seen entertaining his co-workers with some dad dancing.

The Sun previously reported that Nick Knowles was reduced to tears during an episode of the DIY SOS and Strictly crossover.

The TV presenter and handyman, 60, got emotional when one girl from the dance school his team is renovating revealed her dad died shortly before filming started.

True Colours teaches dance and theatre skills to over 500 children, some of whom have disabilities and learning needs.

And Charis, 20, shared a beautiful tribute to her dad before performing in a dance show for the team.
