A BRITISH man has been arrested after a woman plunged to her death from her fifth-floor Costa del Sol home.
The victim, Romina Acuna, 33, was the widow of a doorman who died in April following an alleged assault at former Towie star Elliott Wright’s Spanish restaurant.

Local reports claim that she had called the cops hours earlier to say she had been assaulted and ended up in hospital, but never made a formal complaint.
The British man, 36, being held is described as someone Acuna was in an “on-off” relationship with and was known to police over previous domestic violence incidents involving other partners.

They are first allegedly trying to establish whether he was at the property when she plunged to her death.
It comes only months after Acuna's husband's death at Elliott Wright's popular Costa del Sol restaurant, Olivia’s La Cala.
Jose Rafael Pisani Pardo - who Acuna has described as the lover of her life - suffered a fatal head injury after he attempted to break up a fight between customers.
A British man, 32, who was already known to police, was arrested over the bodybuilder's death on April 16.
Cops had launched a manhunt to find the accused after CCTV emerged that reportedly showed the moment the doorman was hit with a fatal punch.
The dad-of-two is understood to have hit his head as he crashed to the ground. He was taken to hospital where he later died from his injuries.
Acuna and Venezuelan-born Pisani Pardo married in a glitzy ceremony in Las Vegas five months before he died.
His widow revealed afterwards that he had phoned her just hours before he was fatally injured to say he was “frightened” because there were a lot of drunken customers.
Dad-of-three Elliott Wright closed his restaurant for two days and said in a statement at the time: “Our hearts are broken and we have closed the restaurant today and tomorrow out of respect.

Soon after, the the former Towie star's restaurant was vandalised and covered in graffiti.
In response to the damage, Elliott said: "Today our restaurant has been vandalised which has left us, already shocked and grieving, in total disbelief.
"We will not let this senseless vandalism distract us."
Last month, a Norwegian pensioner was arrested on suspicion of stabbing his British partner to death at her home in Orihuela Costa on the Costa Blanca.
In March, a 69-year-old British man was arrested in the same area of Orihuela Costa over the fatal stabbing of his 64-year-old British wife.
Police said at the time the suspect had been arrested as he tried to flee the couple’s home.
Meanwhile in September, a British expat was killed in a horror head-on crash in Marbella.
Ray Wyer, 70, was allegedly forced to swerve his motorbike onto the wrong side of the road after being rammed by a van.
