Who were Dawn and Terry Woods in Emmerdale and what happened to them?
Regular ITV viewers may recall Dawn and Terry Woods as one of the village's most controversial couples.
It all began when Terry, portrayed by Billy Hartman, rocked up the eponymous village in 1995 and became the manager of The Woolpack with his first wife Britt.
Eight years later, actress Julia Mallam took on the role of Dawn who was Jean and Bob Hope's (Tony Audenshaw) daughter and became engaged to Terry.

The couple met in Spain after Terry parted ways with his wife and suffered further heartbreak when Louise Appleton rejected him.
Terry and Dawn raised many eyebrows in the Dales and Bob Hope wasn't pleased to know he'd be walking his daughter down the aisle to a man who was 27 years her senior.
Despite the backlash, Dawn and Terry went through with the wedding and even welcomed a son named TJ shortly afterwards.
But when Terry suffered a stroke, Dawn reached the conclusion she wasn't ready to be a wife and a mother at the young age of twenty years old, which prompted her to call it quits.
Dawn embarked on several relationships following the separation and took the odd job to support her son TJ but she never settled with anybody else.
She did, however, experience legal trouble when her former boyfriend Scott Windsor reported her for benefit fraud and a bombshell was dropped right upon her release from prison - Terry had moved on with her mother.
Fuming, Dawn demanded they broke up but the new couple refused which led to her deciding to leave for a holiday in Cornwall with TJ.
When she came back, she revealed she'd met a new love interest and would be moving to Newquay with TJ.
The mother-son duo got ready to relocate to the coast but missed their flights when Terry was later in returning the child.
While she was waiting for her ex-husband, Dawn decided to kill time with Marlon Dingle (Mark Charnock), his wife and stepsister by viewing their new house.

Did Dawn Woods die in Emmerdale?
Tragedy struck in July, 2006, when the house exploded due to a gas leak.
While Dawn survived the explosion, she died of internal injuries a handful of days later, months before her twenty-second birthday.
Following her death, Dawn's mother Jean decided her time in the Dales had come to an end and she moved away to Morocco for a fresh start with her grandson TJ.
Terry remained in the Yorkshire village until his own tragic death in early 2011.
Prior to his demise, he became romantically involved with Brenda Walker (Lesley Dunlop), remaining on good terms with his ex, Viv Hope.
During Emmerdale's devastating fire, Terry rushed into Viv's shop to save her and her twins, Cathy and Heath.
But while Bob managed to rescue the children, Terry and Viv were unable to make their own way out.
The pair perished when the building exploded.
