KSI's corner team tried to purposely encourage Tommy Fury to hit him to the back of the head during their grudge fight.
The YouTube boxer tasted first defeat for the first time this past weekend at the hands of Fury as he lost a majority decision on the night. KSI felt he was "robbed" of a win as he plans to appeal the defeat with the Professional Boxing Association - and fuel was added to his fire the following day as Fury's win was changed to a unanimous decision after a scoring error from the judge who ruled the bout a draw.
Fury was deducted a point in round two for punches to the back of KSI's head having been given a warning by the referee beforehand. In leaked corner audio from the fight, KSI's coach Alexis Demetriades can be heard advising his fighter to stay in the clinch to try and get Fury deducted of another point.

"Listen, you are up on all the rounds and he's got a point deducted," Demetriades tells KSI. "Stay in the clinch and make him f****ng... if he's going to hit you in the back of the head again it will be another point off." The advice has since drawn a mixed reaction from fans as some fans still feel Fury is the one to blame for the boring fight despite KSI's questionable tactics.
Robbie Williams poised to launch his own brand of energy drinks to rival PrimeOne user wrote: "Would this be classed as dirty tactics or is this sport an any means necessary game?" A second comment read: "Tommy went for the clinch and Kept hitting him in the back, it isn't KSI’s fault. The pro should know not to do that" as a third user added: "If one of KSI’s opponents did this, his fans would mock them tirelessly for being a coward but since KSI did it, all of the sudden it’s a genius move."
Fury admitted he wasn't proud of his performance against KSI and blamed an injury to his right hand that plagued him for six weeks while preparing for the fight. "He's very awkward, I'll give him that. At the end of the day, I got the victory and I'm 10-0 now. A lot of s*** went on in the build-up, it is what it is. He goes his way and I go mine," Fury said.
KSI was almost in tears when speaking after the fight and he kicked a screen in frustration whilst onstage. The Brit's bitter rival Jake Paul mocked his tantrum by stating: "KSI sore loser choking up. Only thing that got robbed is his hair line. It’s okay KSI me too it’s gonna be okay bubba. I took my loss like a man, this 30-year-old man crying for an appeal."
