Olivia, who worked as a grid girl before finding Love Island fame, took to her Instagram page to post a throwback snap.
It showed the Olivia Meets Her Match star looking youthful and flashing her ripped abs in a black top, as she posed at a Monster Energy event with her arm around Ken.

She wrote in her caption: "RIP" followed by a sad faced Emoji.
Olivia, who was forced to quit the I'm A Celeb jungle early last year, added: "Some great memories. A seriously talented guy, gone too soon."
The Foolish fashion brand founder finished off her tribute with a red love heart.
More loving tributes have been flooding in following news of Ken's death.
Hoonigan Racing Division said in a statement: "Ken was a visionary, a pioneer and an icon. And most importantly, a father and husband," the team said in a statement.
