AN Escape to the Country buyer was left stunned by what she had found in a house on the show.
The BBC show saw a woman was on the hunt for her perfect home in the southern Cotswolds countryside.
Host, Alistair Appleton took Xiaonan and her daughter, Xinyi to view three properties.
The first property impressed the mother and daughter, but there was one problem.

Inside the wall of a house, Xianon discovered a pair of old shoes that looked like they belonged to children.
It was one of the few buildings surviving the great fire that swept through Leonard Stanley in the 1600s, which caused the property to be a Grade II listed building.
Original ancient beams and Cotswold stone made this 17th-century cottage unique, as well as the two pairs of children's shoes built into the walls.
Alistair, told the pair more about the history of the property:, revealing it had a "quirky story" behind it.
The host shared: "There's a nice little quirky story. For good luck in these old buildings, in the walls - in the left hand wall here, there's two pairs of children's shoes."
Xiaonan and Xinyi both looked startled by this revelation, as the mother said: "I like it, I actually have some designs already in my mind!"
Putting old shoes into the walls of houses was thought to ward off evil. Many old houses in Europe still do this in the belief that it keeps demons, spirits, and witches at bay.
Xiaonan decided at the end of the episode that the house was the one for her.
She said : "I really hope I can come back to house number one to have a view again." She stated. "And my flat is sold at the right time, so I'm hoping to make an offer on it."
