A HEALTH-CONSCIOUS kitchen whizz has proven that sweet treats aren't necessarily off the menu for gymgoers.
The fitness fan assured that her dessert recipe for Thanksgiving is macro-friendly.

One made the point that often times nutrition goes out the window during the holidays.

Diane posted the full recipe on Instagram for those looking to try it out for themselves.
For the dough she used one-and-a-half cups of self-rising flour, one cup of nonfat plain Greek yogurt, and two tablespoons of monkfruit.
For the cinnamon mix, she used half a cup of melted coconut oil, two tablespoons of brown sugar monkfruit, and one tablespoon of cinnamon.
To create the frosting, Diane used a half-cup cream cheese, a half-cup oat milk, and two tablespoons of monkfruit.
“Knead dough and make into balls, top with cinnamon mix, bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes, and top it with cream cheese frosting,” she said. “Thank me later.”
The recipe drew in a lot of attention on Instagram, with some weighing in on the dessert.
