OVER the years, the professional skater line-up for Dancing On Ice has changed.
And with that, the 2024 series welcomes new face Annette Dytrt to the ITV show.
Who is Annette Dytrt and how many skating competitions has she won?
Annette Dytrt is a German former competitive figure skater born on September 7, 1983.
In 1999, she won Czech National Championships under the name Annette Dytrtová.
She won gold at the German National Figure Skating Championships between 2003 and 2006.

In 2006, she ventured into pairs skating with skating partner Norman Jeschke but their partnership was brief and they never competed together in any international competitions.
Annette skated in the TV show Stars Auf Eis, a German version of Dancing On Ice, before returning to competition as a single skater.
In May 2011, she announced her retirement from competitive skating after a sudden death of a family member.
Since 2013, Annette has collaborated with Yannick Bonheur in a number of different versions of Got Talent shows.
The pair made the final of Czechoslovakia's Got Talent in 2015.
They also made it to the last stages of Germany's Got Talent (Das Supertalent) in 2016.
They then appeared on Britain's Got Talent the following year but failed to reach the semi-finals.
In late 2019, the duo auditioned for the fourteenth season of France's Got Talent and qualified for the semi-finals, but were eliminated after.
In 2023, the duo competed in the thirteenth season of Romania's Got Talent.
Annette returned to the German version of Dancing On Ice's revived series, placing second alongside celebrity skating partner John Michael Kelly in 2019.

However, she did not return to the show in its late 2019 series.
In 2023 it was revealed that Annette would be joining Dancing On Ice in 2024 for its sixteenth series.
She is joining the professional line-up which also includes other newbies Aermnian national champion Simon Senecal, and Six time French national champion, Vanessa James.
As of October 2023, her celebrity partner is not yet known.
Is Annette Dytrt on TikTok and Instagram?
Like many of her fellow pro skaters, Annette is very active on social media.
She likes to keep her thousands of followers on Instagram up-to-date on her popular handle @annettedytrt.
On there she posts lots of pics of her time in the skating rink.
As she was announced for Dancing On Ice, Annette posted: "Finally the time has come and I'm excited to announce that I am the new pro skater of the amazing @dancingonice show!!
"Honestly a dream came true! Thank you for having me."
She added: "I can’t wait to meet you all, to dance with my celebrity partner on the ice and to explore the UK. Here we go!
"Let’s start this new adventure."
As of October 2023, Annette is not on TikTok.

The Dancing On Ice line-up was revealed at the beginning of October 2023.

- Adele Roberts - former Big Brother star and radio presenter.
- Roxy Shahidi - soap actress known for Emmerdale.
- Ryan Thomas - soap star who is best known for Corrie.
Meanwhile, The Sun revealed how Stephen Lustig-Webb quit Dancing On Ice before it has started after he broke his ankle.
