The poignant clip showed precious memories of him hugging and playing with baby Nancy.

Another video shows the two adorably looking up at each other, with baby Nancy smiling at her grandad.

Nina, 43 wished her father, who turned 81, a happy birthday and told her followers that despite 'living with dementia,' he still has "a lot to give."

She penned in the caption: "Happy birthday Dad, 81 and living with dementia, but still a lot to give."

Fans flocked to the comments section to send Nina their support.
