The forward was promoting a Black Friday deal in partnership with Boohoo.
Lehmann paired a black vest top with a matching pair of black trousers.
She also rocked a pair of white and green trainers.
Fans in the comments were quick to let Lehmann know they were a fan of her Black Friday look.

Lehmann has been in and out of the Aston Villa team this season as they have struggled in the WSL.
Villa have won just two from their seven games so far.
And Lehmann has made five appearances in those games.
Lehmann and Villa fared better in the league cup last week when Villa put seven past Blackburn without reply.
