A REAL Housewives star left her toyboy husband in tears when he saw her bandaged face after she had "car crash" plastic surgery.
Caroline Stanbury, 47, has revealed the harsh reality of having a face-lift that has left her looking battered and bruised.
Sharing her cosmetic surgery journey on Instagram, the Real Housewives of Dubai star looked in pain as she was driven home by her husband, footballer Sergio Carallo.
The reality star shared a video as she was driven home from the hospital after the procedure.
In the clip, her 29-year-old husband could be seen in tears as he described witnessing her injuries on her return from the surgery.

Caroline has kept fans up-to-date with here procedure, and has since described the surgery leaving her looking like she’d "been in a car crash"
After picking his wife up from the hospital following the operation, Sergio filmed a video in the couple’s car.
Speaking to fans, the footy ace said: "This was probably one of the hardest moments of my life.
"Seeing the person that you love with all your heart suffering and in pain."
Sergio went on: "As a husband I will always support her and be here for her and as much as I was against it, she really wanted to do it. So, I was there for her."
Caroline later shared that she is beginning to be able to move her face.
However, she did admit to still looking like "a pumpkin patchwork doll".
Businesswoman and TV star Caroline - who married Sergio in 2021 - first shot to fame on Ladies of London in 2014.
She then reemerged into the spotlight when Bravo launched the Real Housewives of Dubai in 2022.
Caroline relocated from her native London to Dubai around seven years ago with now ex-husband Cem Habib and their three children.
