Jonnie Irwin was a presenter, business and property expert born on November 18, 1973.
He gained a degree from Birmingham City University in Estate Management.
He fronted property show A Place in Sun on Channel 4 from 2004 to 2021.

Irwin also presented episodes of BBC property shows Escape to the Country and wrote a regular column for A Place in the Sun magazine.

Jonnie was married to his wife Jessica Holmes from 2016 to his death in 2024.
The pair had three boys, Rafa, Cormac and Rex.
In December 2020, the couple opened up to HELLO! about adjusting to life as a family of five.
"It's been quite a rollercoaster," Jonnie said at the time. "You could say I left it all quite late in life. A mate of mine said 'Jonnie Irwin, late starter, big finisher,' and that is about right!"

Jonnie was diagnosed with terminal cancer in 2020 but he didn't talk about it publicly until 2022.
He was given just six months to live when he was diagnosed with lung cancer which had spread to his brain.
On February 2, 2024, it was announced by Jonnie's family that the presenter has passed away.
