Sergio Reguilon says it was "a privilege" to play for Manchester United after the Red Devils ended his loan agreement and sent him back to Tottenham.

Reguilon will now return to injury-hit Spurs and the defender thanked the United fans for their support during his time at the club.
"It has been great to play for Manchester United and I just want to say thank you to the club, the fans and my teammates," he said. "It was a privilege to play for this huge club. I wish all the best for the Red Devils."

Fernandes sends Van de Beek message
Club captain Bruno Fernandes has sent Donny van de Beek a good luck message on social media after his Old Trafford exit.
The Dutch midfielder, 26, has endured a nightmare three-and-a-half year spell in the Premier League since moving to United in a £40million deal from Ajax in the summer of 2020. B ut will now have the chance to kickstart his career on loan at Eintracht Frankfurt.
In a comment shared on Van de Beek's post confirming his United exit, Fernandes posted: "Keep that smile bro," complete with a heart emoji which was acknowledged by the outgoing midfield maestro.

United trio handed contract extensions
Manchester United have confirmed extensions have been triggered in the contracts of first-team players Hannibal Mejbri, Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Victor Lindelof.
"We are talking with Rapha Varane and with Anthony Martial," Ten Hag told reporters in his press conference on Thursday. "And we have triggered the options on Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Victor Lindelof and Hannibal."
