JONATHAN Majors broke down in tears on Monday during his first TV interview since being convicted on assault charges.

The former Marvel star was convicted in December by a New York jury after being accused of attacking his ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari.

Majors wiped away a tear during the chat with Good Morning America star Linsey Davis, which aired today.

Majors revealed he was shocked by and afraid when he heard the verdict, and he told Davis he hadn't seen his daughter since.

"Everything has kinda gone away. And it's just me now, you know, and my lovely, you know partner Meagan [Good] and my dogs," he said.

Majors stressed he has never hit a woman.

The actor's interview comes just weeks after Jabbari broke her silence.

On December 20, she shared an appeal for donations to a domestic violence charity on her Instagram stories.

"For my birthday, if you want... a donation to SFFNY [Sanctuary for Families], a charity that helped me so much this year would be the best gift you could give," the post said.

Majors, who starred as the villain Kang in the superhero movie Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania, was fired by Marvel after the conviction.

Jabbari alleged that Majors attacked her in a car in New York City last March.

Prosecutors told the court in December the attack happened after she read a text message, which was from another woman, on his cell phone.

Jabbari and Majors got out of the car after the driver of the SUV had pulled over.

Prosecutors claimed Majors threw Jabbari like a football back into the car.

Surveillance footage that appeared to show the incident was played in court, which Jabbari said she didn't want to watch again.

Reflecting on the moment, Majors told Good Morning America that he shouldn't have been in the vehicle.

He admitted picking Jabbari up was one of the biggest mistakes in his life.

"I pick her up, I put her back in the car. I'm trying to get rid of her. I'm trying to get away from her, as the video shows, you know?" he told Davis.

"Second biggest mistake of my life, I try to keep her in the car."

Jabbari, a Brit dancer, claimed she was left with a broken finger, swollen arm, and ear.

Pictures released by the Manhattan District Attorney's Office revealed Jabbari had a cut behind her ear.

She had previously claimed the injuries left her in excruciating pain.

Majors has denied causing the injuries.

He said that he didn't know how Jabbari was injured.

When asked during the interview about where Jabbari's injuries came from, he said, "I wish that I knew to get clarity and to get some kind of peace."

Majors also told Good Morning America he was "reckless" with Jabbari's heart, not with her body.

The screen star claimed that he suffered scratches on his hand and cheek that resulted in bleeding.

Majors was convicted on an assault charge and one count of harassment.

He was acquitted on a different assault charge and of aggravated harassment.

Majors said he intends to appeal his conviction.

The actor potentially faces up to one year in prison for the assault charge. His sentencing is due to take place on February 6.

He could receive probation or be handed a non-custodial sentence.

For the harassment charge, Majors could be hit with a maximum sentence of 15 days in jail and a $250 fine.

“Mr. Majors still has faith in the process and looks forward to fully clearing his name," his lawyer, Priya Chaudhry, said.

Majors is also known for starring in the sports movie Creed III and the Disney+ series Loki.

He was due to star in Avengers: The Kang Dynasty - a movie scheduled to be released in May 2026.

Majors was also slated to appear in the 2027 movie Avengers: Secret Wars.
