Her surprise appearance sparked speculation that she could be joining the show at a future date.
Cast member Chloe Ferry also added fuel to the fire as she shared a snap of her and co-stars Marnie Simpson and Sophie Kasaei cuddled up to the star with the caption: "Welcome to Geordie Shore @katieprice."
Ahead of arriving at the event, Chloe shared a video of the pair in a taxi on their way as they cheered at Katie's single status.
Chloe seemed overjoyed that the mum-of-five was no longer in a relationship as they hollered and giggled with the MTV star repeatedly declaring that her pal was single following her split from Carl Woods.
She later joked that Katie was flirting with her in the video after the ex-glamour model said she looked "fit".
Katie appeared ready for a raucous night as she shouted: "We are gonna have a good night tonight!"
Elsewhere, mum-of-two Marnie Simpson also opted for a stunning see-through outfit courtesy of a mesh floral number.
The brunette beauty showed off her slender figure as she celebrated the launch of the twenty-fourth edition of the programme.

The Sun recently told how the MTV series has been dealt a shock blow with news that the show's legendary home is set to be knocked down in a matter of weeks.
An insider told The Sun: "It is an incredible shame that the Geordie Shore house will be coming down once and for all.
"It holds such incredible memories for the cast and was an iconic staple of British reality television over the past ten years."
