What time does McDonald’s open?

If you are not sure where your nearest branch is you can use the store locator tool on the McDonald's website.

Larger restaurants are usually located at service stations, travel spots and retail parks with longer opening hours.

Whereas restaurants that are located on the high street may shut earlier at midnight, or even 10pm.

If your local isn't open 24 hours, it might open at 5am or 6am for breakfast service.

What time does McDonald's stop serving breakfast?

Whatever the opening times of your local McDonald's the breakfast serving times are always the same.

McDonald's serves breakfast until 11am at all of its restaurants in the UK.

There are various options to choose from on the breakfast menu including porridge, bacon and egg McMuffin, pancakes and breakfast rolls.

And you don't have to always visit dine-in branches to enjoy a McDonald's breakfast - you could get a home delivery through Just Eat, Uber Eats, Deliveroo or you could visit a drive-thru.

How does McDonald’s drive-thru work?

McDonald's drive-thru option is available as long as the restaurant is open, just drive into the right lane and place your order to go.

Some are open 24 hours but this can vary between locations, with some closing at 10pm or 11pm.

Simply use the My McDonald’s app to pre-order your food and pick it up by parking in one of the allocated bays for collection.
