Aston Villa star Douglas Luiz showered his girlfriend and fellow Villa forward Alisha Lehmann with gifts on Valentine's Day.
Lehmann, who is the most followed female footballer in the world, shared photos of the occasion on her Instagram, showcasing Luiz's unheralded penchant for romance.

Luiz will be back in action on Saturday when Villa's men's side, who have struggled to pick up wins of late, travel to Fulham. Unai Emery's side suffered a last-gasp loss to Manchester United on the weekend but remain fifth in the table just one point behind fourth-place Tottenham.
Lehmann will take to the field 24 hours later when making her own trip to London to face Spurs in the WSL. Carla Ward's Villa have struggled similarly to find convincing and consistent form, though an upturn in fortunes since the second half of the season has seen them escape the relegation spot.
