SKY News Breakfast host Kay Burley has been called out by fans after she made an embarrassing blunder just a day into her new look breakfast programme.
The leading Sky journalist has been fronting a brand new morning programme on the network to replace her previous self-titled show.

The 63-year old has been the face of Sky News for close to two decades but it seems fans have been unimpressed with the latest offering.
On day two of her new show, fans were left screeching at Kay for making an epic error regarding her spelling.
Demands for Nicola Bulley cops to explain alcohol statement by Yvette CooperIn a post shared on X - formerly Twitter - the star shared a clip of the day's programme in order to drum up interest and support in the programme.
Although, fans were more focused on the fact Kay had spelled 'whether' in the incorrect way.
Kay's message read: "Trump cruises to victory in Iowa.
"Weather you like him or loathe him, has there been a more impressive comeback than #Trump2024?"
Her eagle-eyed followers clocked that she had penned "weather," - in reference to a weather forecast - rather than the correct spelling to ask whether people were fans of Donald Trump.
Picking it out in the comments, one fan joked: "Weather clearly on your mind today Kay!"
Another bluntly told the star: "Whether, not weather."
As someone else joined in to post an umbrella emoji as they poked fun at her and penned: "Or weather you don’t."
Kay's new programme has been littered with complaints from disappointed viewers since its launch on Monday.
Fans were left digging out the new studio as one suggested it looked like they were broadcasting from a caravan as opposed to a television news studio.
Nicola Bulley's reputation 'destroyed' by police, says ex-detectiveOne viewer wrote: "They keep moving the chairs around … but nothing changes …"
Another added scathingly: "I assume this new studio set up is the temporary one in the caravan in the back yard until the new one is finished !!"
Ahead of the new-look set up for her Breakfast show, Kay said: "Breakfast is becoming even brighter here on Sky News.
"I'm excited to be presenting from a new state-of-the-art studio - and to be joined by a great new line-up.
"Gareth, Mhari and Wilfred will be with me, each bringing their unique brand of first-rate, quality journalism.
"It'll be the best breakfast show in the business. Join us."
