A NURSE has urged people to start cleaning their homes naked - as she says it’s more hygienic.

Amber Katherine, 24, prefers to tidy in the buff and reckons folk don’t realise how many benefits it has.

The redhead, from Massachusetts, runs Bougie Boss Cleaning Services and charges clients for the pleasure of cleaning their homes topless.

But she does the same for free in her own house and is surprised it’s not more common.

She says: “I am more confident with no clothes versus wearing clothes.

“Growing up I hated wearing clothes.

“When I was at home I would walk around with little to nothing until I got to the age where my family said I had to start wearing more clothes.

“I was never really confident growing up as I was one of the ‘fat’ kids so my confidence was low.

“Once I was out of school I began pageants and modeling where I gained all of my confidence.

“As time went on I started doing more sexy photoshoots.

“First just fashion, then bikini, then lingerie, then topless and now full nude.

“So my confidence foundation was formed before cleaning, but since cleaning, it’s gone up.

“Everything I hated about myself people love.”

Amber adds: “Cleaning topless in your own home could be beneficial.

“I mean, I sweat a lot, and not having a top on is a plus in my book.

“I think if you want to spice up your love life it might be nice.

“But if you still live with your family or have older kids, it may be more awkward than anything.

“I clean topless in my own home, my boyfriend loves it.

“But when my parents move in with me seasonally I do not as it would probably get a little too weird for me.

“When I’m home you can expect me to be wearing little to no clothes or tight clothes.

“The only time I really have clothes on is if I have people over or I’m cold in the winter.”
