STEPHEN Bear has been fined £5,000 after building a huge black fence around his £600,000 home.
A judge has slapped Bear with the fine just a week after the vile reality TV star left prison.
Bear was released just 11 months into his jail sentence for sharing a sex tape of his Towie ex Georgia Harrison.
A judge today ordered him to pay £500 as well as £4,707 over the privacy fence - which he built without planning permission and must now tear down.
Chelmsford Crown Court heard that a complaint was first made about the fence around Bear’s house in November 2020.

The fence was still up when planning officers returned in March 2021, sparking an enforcement action in May that year.
But when officers returned in January 2022, Bear had still not removed the fence.
The disgraced reality TV star claimed he "didn't know" about the enforcement, before changing his plea in November last year.
Judge Morgan told Bear: "You are entitled to take measures to protect your house, but that must be done lawfully.
"I have little doubt that if you were not pressed by your circumstances at the time, you would have sought advice and not placed yourself in that situation.
"If there are difficulties Mr Bear, don’t bury your head in the sand."
Bear was in court for a ruling on how much he has to pay back for his sickening crime.
Judge Christopher Morgan today agreed he made £22,305.46 from the sex tape.
But the judge delayed determining how much the TV star should pay until Georgia is out of Love Island All Stars.
Bear will have to return on March 4 to discover how much he needs to pay and whether this will go straight to Georgia or instead to the courts.

He has indicated he "doesn’t want a single penny" to go to his ex-girlfriend.

Bear was jailed for 21 months in March after posting the secret video on OnlyFans.
He was found guilty of voyeurism and two counts of disclosing private, sexual photographs and films.
The shamed CBB star has been told to pay Georgia £207,000 in damages for the leak on a "grand scale" after she took him to the High Court in the summer.
It came after the brave star waved her anonymity to speak out against Bear she accused him of so-called "revenge porn".
She said she nearly died fighting him for two-and-a-half years.
Georgia explained: “When it first happened, the physical effects on me were just horrific.
"I had acne come up all over my face. I ended up getting a cyst infection — the cyst eventually burst — and I was in hospital from stress.
“They said my kidneys, my pelvis, and multiple organs were infected, and I was going into septic shock.”
