STEPH McGovern has revealed why she didn't attend her pal Carol Kirkwood's wedding.
The BBC weather presenter, 61, tied the knot with her partner Steve Randall, 48, last month.

Carol met Steve, a divorced cop, when she was in her fifties and she revealed the pair were engaged while reporting from the Chelsea Flower Show.
Thanking fans for their heartfelt messages after her wedding, Carol wrote: “Thank you so much for all your lovely messages. We had the most perfect day.

But Steph, who was there when the pair met, wasn't present at the wedding.
The ex-BBC presenter congratulated the newlyweds when news broke of their marriage.
She posted to social media: "How gorgeous and happy do Carol and Steve look? Congratulations. So pleased for you both."
But the Channel 4 star has since revealed the reason why she didn't attend her "close friend's" wedding.
Steph told how Carol and Steve wanted a private ceremony to enjoy the special moment in their lives together.
She told The Mirror: "It was very private. Carol and I are very very close friends, in fact, I was there the day she met Steve!
"They did the best thing ever and just took themselves off, didn't tell any of us, got married and then told us all afterwards.
"We were all so buzzing because I love her to bits and I'm so pleased she's so happy and the pair of them are gorgeous."
