GEMMA Atkinson had fans in stitches after revealing an unusual gym hack.
The former Hollyoaks actress has been working hard in the gym after giving birth to her second child.
She regularly shares fitness updates, with fans loving her funny and relatable approach.
The mum-of-two shared a clip of her personal trainer talking about what it was like to work with her.
"What do I love about training Gemma and Gorka? Is absolutely when Gemma says 'f***'," he said.

"It catches me every single time, sometimes I don't even expect it," he added, laughing.
"When she says it I don't know what to do with myself."
In the video, Gemma was seen shouting f*** whilst working out.
Gemma admitted that she loves to wear as a way to deal with pain.
"We all do what we need to do when it comes to dealing with pain. Mine is to get angry and tell the pain to f**k off. Genuinely! It works," she wrote in the caption.
"My head always goes first when training. That little voice says you won’t get to 10 reps, legs are sore now so best to stop, etc.. ect… you HAVE to tell it to f**k off.
"Because 98% of the time, you always have more in the tank. So don’t let self doubt win," she added.

This comes after Gemma addressed concerns over her and Gorka's relationship after rumours surfaced that they were going through a "rough patch".
The pair, who have a daughter Mia, 4, and son Thiago, six months, together, were said to battling 'tension' in their relationship due to Gorka's work commitments keeping him away from the family home.
But the mum-of-two insisted the rumours were ‘not true’ and joked that she actually enjoyed the break when Gorka was working away from home.
Gemma, 39, responded to a fan who questioned if she had seen the news about her and Gorka, telling them: "Yes we did see them stories. There was a few floating around weren't there which is news to us.
"It is what it is isn't it. Happens all the time dunnit. It's not true.”
She continued: "I think it's because it was made out he's working away a lot. He goes away Friday afternoon and comes back Sunday mornings.
“He's hardly bloomin' overseas is he. Crikey it's less than 48 hours if anything it gives me a bit of peace at weekends. No offence Gorks."
Clarifying her remarks, she added: "Well he is overseas but you know what I mean."
