THE over-65s are the randiest office employees, a survey has revealed.

A poll of pen-pushers found that less than seven per cent across all ages confessed to romping with a colleague at work in the past year.

But that figure rose to nine per cent among the saucy Generation Sex approaching the age of 70.

One worker said he had caught a colleague aged 68 in a “state of undress” with another co-worker aged 58 at the Christmas party last year.

Alan Sommerville, 45, of Edinburgh, said: “My eyes almost popped out of my head.

“This guy should have retired a few years ago, but the firm kept him on because he’s so good at his job.

“Turned out he was good ‘on the job’ too - even at his age.”

Gen Z staff were the least likely to have sex in the office, with just five per cent of those aged 18 to 24 admitting to it.

It contradicts the idea of young bucks having all the steamy fun in the office, as portrayed in US legal drama Suits. In one raunchy scene, Meghan Markle’s character Rachel Zane romped with Patrick J. Adams. playing lawyer Mike Ross, in a ­filing room.

Other movies featuring office sex include The Wolf of Wall Street, Scandal, and Secretary.

But in real life, it’s the frisky old fogeys who are more likely to be at it, according to the poll of 2,000 by Durex.

Nikki Hayward, of Durex, said: “Our research shows that the office is just one of the many places that our nation enjoy sexual occasions.”
