The 24-year-old followed the latest social media trend which encourages users to post unknown facts.

In a series of images, Liberty revealed: "The year of 2022-2023 I had a knife pulled out on me in LA.

"Followed back to my car by a predator after trying to do my weekly shopping.

"Had birthday cards and cookies left at my house by someone unknown.

"Was stuck in a biased contract I couldn't get out of which affected my income.

"They tried to charge me £50,000 to leave.

"While dealing with life changes, personal family stress, I kept going and never properly dealt with my emotions from this."

The Sun on Sunday revealed Liberty's knifepoint drama at the time while she was in Los Angeles with BFF Kaz Kamwi.

Two men nearby were able to jump to their defence and apprehend the crazed 40-year-old woman.

A source told us at the time: “Liberty and Kaz had been just heading to a party and got out of their car in the wrong part of the neighbourhood.

“Out of the blue, this woman appeared with a knife and threatened them.

“Liberty and Kaz were obviously shocked and terrified — especially because guns are legal in the US.

“But fortunately for them, two men who had been walking past came to their rescue and called the police."

Liberty hasn't spoken about the ordeal in public before.

She kick-started her post by writing: "Social media can be a fake place everyone sees me as happy bubbly lib which I am 90 per cent of the time but I've been through a lot.

"So here's what people don't know about me.

"Since leaving Love Island I've lost a lot of friends.

"I became vulnerable and would let in anyone I randomly met to have company.

"I went out drinking every weekend to distract me from how I was feeling.

"In October 2023 I am proud to say that changed and I've minimised my alcohol intake.

"At 20 years old I stopped eating properly after a toxic relationship and still didn't think I was skinny enough.

"I edited my photos to look skinnier and try and obtain these unhealthy beauty standards.

"Now I comfort eat a lot. It's hard to get balance for me.

"Deep down I've never truly felt pretty enough."

She continued: "I've always taken people at face value. People often take advantage of my trusting nature and use it for their own gain.

"I'm the most sociable person, but a super overthinker and always feel like a misfit.

"I sometimes get imposter syndrome. I feel different to other people people in every environment I'm in and I don't know why."

Liberty returned for a third try at finding love on the show after a stint on love island games last summer.

She was faced with an awkward reunion with her ex Jake Cornish when she entered the All Stars villa in South Africa.

The pair clashed and Jake quit the show after just a couple of days.

Liberty fell for co-star 'Messy' Mitch, but the pair "argued more than they kissed" and called it quits.

They were dumped by the public after being voted least compatible.
