A model has revealed that she now can’t clap her hands together after having six litres of silicone inserted into her breasts. Sabrina Boing Boing has been on a quest to achieve her dream figure – modelling herself on Pamela Anderson.
That recently involved undergoing the seven-hour procedure, which she believes places her among the women with the largest breast implants in the world. But it hasn’t come without its drawbacks for the Brazilian star – and she claims that as a result of her huge chest, she can no longer clap.
With over 252,000 followers on Instagram, (@sabrinaboingboingoficial), the influencer also often posts saucy snaps of her body. "They are my babies – since many children are born with this weight – it is as if I had twins," said Sabrina, who boasts 250,000 followers on Instagram.

"They're huge. Honestly, after putting in the six litres of silicone, it's difficult to even clap.” Sabrina says her journey began when she was only 19, and was inspired by the Pamela Anderson look. Since then, she’s gone under the knife a handful of times to try and replicate the actress.
Mum shows reality of what pregnancy does to your body in inspirational messageSabrina said: “I have had five breast augmentation surgeries and one liposuction. As well as liposuction all over my body, repositioning some of that fat on my buttocks and hips to have the Kardashian effect, giving me an XL bum.
“I’ve also had skin retraction in the entire lipo-suctioned region, and cellulite removal.” The procedures have come with a hefty price tag, with Sabrina spending R$100,000 (£16,000), on the breast surgery alone, which took place on 16 February.
She said: “We put in two-litre implants, but then I wanted more, so we went for three. There are now three litres in each breast. It's still too early to see the result, I'm still in the pain and discomfort phase. It was the biggest surgery I've ever had, it took seven hours. I must say they already look beautiful without the bruises!”
