Sex and The City star Eddie Driscoll, who was also known for starring in Mad Men, has sadly died after a battle with cancer, it has been revealed.
The 60-year-old actor died in Los Angeles on December 15, with fellow Jimmy Palumbo revealing the news. Eddie is said to have suffered from a saddle pulmonary embolism after fighting stomach cancer, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The New York-born actor starred in one episode of Sex and The City back in 2000. He played the role of Fendi Man.

Aside from his short stint on Sex and the City as Fendi Man in one singular episode, Eddie was known for appearing in an episode of Mad Men in 2014. But perhaps his best-known role came when he starred in The Last Ship, playing the character Randall Croft.

The drama series was about the crew inside the US Navy missile destroyer and how they were tasked with finding a cure for a global viral pandemic that wiped out over 80% of the world's population.
The American star also popped up in the 2004 action thriller Cellular where he played Crewcut Officer. And he also starred in the 2002 romantic comedy movie Boat Trip.
Other credits of Eddie's include the hit US soap opera Days Of Our Lives, This Is Us, CSI: Miami, Future Man, How to Get Away with Murder, Outlaw, and Desperate Housewives.
He kicked off his career in acting though when he attended the University of Miami. He then took part in an apprenticeship programme at the Burt Reynolds Institute for Film and Theatre in North Palm Beach, Florida.
Tributes and messages of condolence have started to appear on social media. One person penned: "Goodbye to Eddie Driscoll, his entire (television) life in uniform, almost always as a secret service agent or similar: 24; THE LAST SHIP; HEROES; CSI MIAMI... Or in cinema: CELLULAR; ONE AND A HALF THIEF; BOAT TRIP: THIS BOAT IS A DANGER... Rest in peace."
The actor is survived by his brother, Danny, as per reports.
