KATIE Price will see nearly half her income from Only Fans taken away to pay off her debts.

The former Page Three model, 45, who was once worth £45million, declared bankruptcy in 2019 after racking up £3.5million in debts.

A court heard yesterday that she has not paid any of the £12,500 monthly payments she agreed to make in April last year.

Katie was meant to make these deposits for three years as well as a lump sum of £25,000 in July.

The mum-of-five allegedly owes HMRC £760,000 in unpaid tax, VAT and late payment penalties.

According to court papers seen by MailOnline, there had been a "failure to comply with a statutory demand for a liquidated sum, payable immediately".

They stated: "The debtor is justly and truly indebted to us in the aggregate sum of £761,994.05.

"To the best of our knowledge and belief the demand has neither been complied with nor set aside."

It was revealed £535,700 in unpaid national insurance or self-assessment tax was the major bulk of debt, as well as an eye-watering £40,000 in late payment fines.

Meanwhile, the reality star owes over £140,000 in missing VAT payments on top of almost £10,000 in VAT surcharges.

Now a judge has ruled that 40 per cent of her income from Only Fans, two clothing companies and a paparazzi agency will go towards the debt each month for the next three years.

Judge Catherine Burton said in a hearing at the Rolls Building, London: “A significant aspect of Ms Price’s failure to cooperate has been her failure to provide full details of her income, which comes from various sources.”

Katie has failed to appear at the hearings but is due to face questions about her finances in April.

Judge Burton said: “She failed to avail herself of that opportunity”

She added: “She has given no reason to explain why she is no longer in the position to meet the Voluntary Arrangement.”

She boasted last year to have made thousands on adult site Only Fans since 2022.

Hitting out at rumours she had only made £150, she said: “Do you think someone who’s been doing that career for 25 years is only going to make £150?

“Maybe put a couple more zeros on that.”

It comes after Katie was expected to tell the court how she planned to meet her debts at the last hearing in September.

Or, she had to prove that she needs to keep her house as it is crucial to her work.

However, when she logged on to the webcam link, she launched into a rage against other people on the call before the hearing could even start.

Katie claimed members of the public were taking screenshots of her to "sl** me off" on "tattle sites".

Cameras are not allowed in court and screenshots of online hearings are also banned with anyone caught doing so facing potential jail time.

His Honour Judge Paul Greenwood then ordered everybody who was not part of the hearing to leave the call - admitting he had lost control - and it would be private.

He said: "I'm not entirely sure I can maintain control of the hearing or the dissemination of the hearing.

"I'm going to exclude everybody who is not party and hear these short directions hearing in private.

"I cannot be sure that the integrity of the hearing is not being affected by the broadcast.

"In order it should be capable of being conducted, I'm going to direct it is going to be in private."

He added: "Everyone who is not party must leave the meeting," as he later adjourned the case.

Katie has dodged court for months after the case was moved half a dozen times since November 2021.

She is battling to save her £2million Sussex pad while legal notices previously placed on Katie's Mucky Mansion prevent her from selling the home herself.
