Ellie Leach says she's missing Strictly co-star as ex Bobby Brazier moves on

Ellie Leach praised her Strictly Come Dancing co-star after Bobby Brazier appeared to confirm a new romance.

The Coronation Street actress, who lifted the Glitterball Trophy with Vito Coppola last year, enjoyed a string of dates with EastEnders actor Bobby and sent fans wild with their loved-up photos.

However, their romance is said to have "fizzled out" and the son of the late Jade Goody appears to have moved on with BBC soap co-star Jazzy Phoenix. Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, Ellie shared a mirror selfie with her morning snack and coffee, writing: "Almond croissant and vanilla oat latte for the win...our daily ritual, miss you [Vito]."

Ellie recently showed Bobby what he's missing with a glamorous Instagram selfie. She wore a black mini skirt, chunky patent ankle boots, a cream blouse and a black embroidered waistcoat.

Coronation Street and Strictly fans rushed to compliment the star as one said: "You look so confident now really are shinning well done girl," while another gushed: "Beautiful lady, you keep on shinning Ellie."

It comes after Bobby and Jazzy, who plays sex worker Nadine on EastEnders, teased their new relationship on social media. In a now deleted post, the actress, 23, took to Instagram on Monday appearing to confirm her new romance with the Strictly star as she shared a snap of a bunch of pink and white flowers. Just hours before, Bobby - who plays Freddie Slater in the BBC soap - shared a picture of the same bouquet, which was wrapped in cream paper.

Bobby has reportedly treated Jazzy to a romantic date at Mayfair's swanky Bagatelle restaurant and posted a series of loved-up emojis on the EastEnders newbie's Instagram post.

As Jazzy posed alongside co-star Patsy, 56, he gushed in the comments: "Stop it. Too much for me." A source told The Sun: "Bobby is enjoying getting to know Jazzy. He loves that they both share a passion for acting and he, of course, thinks she is very beautiful."

The source claimed that the "timing was perfect" for their new romance and that Jazzy was "flattered" by the actor's interest, they said of Ellie: "There are no hard feelings with Ellie. [Their] whirlwind romance just fizzled out."

Bobby and Ellie first sparked romance rumours while on tour with Strictly in January and February. The couple made their first public appearance together in February at the Hadestown play press night at the Lyric Theatre in London.

However, the pair both have very busy lives with Bobby returning to EastEnders resume his role of Freddie Slater while Ellie is currently touring the UK in the Cluedo stage production.
