AFTER appearing on our TV screens more than a decade ago, Chloe Sims is a true Towie veteran.
But Chloe, now 42, looks worlds away not only from her teenage self but even when she first hit our TV screens aged 30.
The TV star, who's signed a seven-figure Netflix deal, recently underwent a face lift whilst in LA and revealed a totally new jawline.
However, this is not the only surgery and beauty tweakment the Essex beauty has had performed throughout the years, including Botox, as well as a dental makeover to name a few.

LA face lift & a sharp jawline
Although Chloe has always denied having cosmetic surgery performed on her face, she's always been very vocal about her tweakments.
In new snaps shared on Instagram, the reality veteran could be seen sitting in the surgeon's chair after having the non-surgical threads in her face, performed by Beverly Hills dermatologist Dr Busso.
All chuffed with the results, the stunner said: "Embracing a new era of beauty with @drbusso expertise – hello #Bussolift!
"Non-surgical threads for a refreshed, natural glow. Here’s to embracing the beauty of non-invasive transformations!"
Chatting exclusively with The Sun, Emily West, Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner at Creo Clinic, said she reckons this may be just one of the many anti-ageing treatments she's had done.
''In addition, she may have undergone lifting treatments for her face and neck, such as Fotona 4D Laser, it combines multiple laser wavelengths and treatment modes to target various layers of the skin, resulting in comprehensive rejuvenation and tightening effects.''
Gory snaps of painful threads
Earlier in 2022, Chloe - who's also hit back at trolls saying she's had a nose job - shocked fans by a gory photo of another face lift using threads.
According to Vogue Aesthetics, who performed the non-surgical procedure, the process takes a mere 30 minutes and the results can be seen in around four weeks.
A thread lift - also known as the "one stitch face lift" - uses fine thread to pull skin tighter for a lifted and smoother appearance, and fellow TV star Lauren Simon swears by it.
It also claims to stimulate the natural production of collagen and result in a younger, firmer appearance.

Later that year, in July, the mum-of one unveiled the dramatic results sat in an Essex-based clinic - and reckoned it had taken years off her complexion.
"Oh, I think I'm 21 again,'' the 42-year-old seemed pleased.
1990s boobs
However, it's not always been plain sailing, as there have also been some makeover regrets, such as her breast implants which she's jokingly described as ''1990s perky ones''.
Chatting with Fabulous previously, the reality veteran - who also used to run a beauty salon in Brentwood until 2019 - said: "I don’t want to ever go under the knife again. My boobs are a bit of a regret.''
The former Playboy bunny, who's had two boob jobs taking taking her from a 34DD to an EE cup, said she'd had a moment of panicking before the procedure, fearing she may not ''wake up''.
Now, however, she sports a more natural-looking chest, and insisted that celebs like Kim Kardashian may be the reason people don't want to age anymore.
OnlyFans prep with a BBL
Back in 2022, as she was getting ready for filming OnlyFans show, the then 40-year-old underwent a series of cosmetic procedures, including a non-surgical BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift).
Despite being dubbed the most dangerous plastic surgery in the world, with some patients even dying, the notorious procedure remains as popular as ever, with thousands risking their lives for a smaller waist and a perkier booty.
Chloe's non-surgical alternative is safer, but still not without risks.
As well as getting 300ml of body filler pumped into her buttocks for a ''more fuller and curvaceous shape'', the reality star also had the same treatment performed to her hips ''to round off the look''.
To complete the makeover, Chloe also opted for a more juicy pout with filler, as well as a ''new structured jaw line''.
Dazzling Hollywood smile worth £40k+
Chloe is said to have spent an eye-watering £38k on her pearly whites alone by 2014, after fellow Towie cast members cruelly nicknamed her ''horse teeth'', Daily Mail reported.
''They said I looked ridiculous,'' she told The Sun in 2014 after her first set of veneers in 2012 had gone terribly wrong.
''I had my veneers done two years ago and they were absolutely awful … they were really big, all the same length and didn't fit my mouth properly.''
But despite being all chuffed with her dental makeover back then, she's since forked out several thousands for her sparkly white Hollywood smile, including in 2022 and more recently in 2023.
Before jetting off to LA for a new chapter in the USA, Chloe shared a series of Instagram stories showing off her gleaming smile.
Harley Street dentist, Dr Richard, of Dr Richard Clinics can also be seen in the background of the black and white shot as the duo had completed the appointment.

Emily added that the star hasn't stopped there either, opting for Botox and injections to achieve a smoother complexion.
''She also likely undergoes regular skin rejuvenating treatments like laser therapy and micro-needling to maintain clear and youthful-looking skin.
''Recently, Chloe has disclosed her additional procedures, including thread lifts to combat sagging skin, as well as a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), two breast enlargement surgeries, and the application of veneers, all contributing to her overall appearance transformation.''
