“Women are power and I’m proud of all the beautiful and strong ladies in my life. While raising beautiful queens.”
Chelsee gave birth to her baby girl, who she’s named Cookie, at the end of December.
It’s her first child with her partner - Eddie - who she's been dating for nearly two years but keeps away from the public eye.
She also has daughter, Coco, from a previous relationship.
Chelsee, best known for playing the iconic Goldie McQueen in Hollyoaks, previously told Closer: "This is the most supportive relationship I've ever been in.
"My friends and family love him, and he's the first bloke I've introduced Coco to, which says a lot.
"I knew he was The One within three to four months. I've kissed a few frogs, but he's definitely marriage material."
Since then, the star managed to regain her flat stomach just a month after giving birth, and has impressed fans with her glam looks as she embraces life as a mum-of-two.
