Josie Gibson has posted a cryptic message on Instagram amid rumours of a romance with fellow ITV star Stephen Mulhern. The This Morning presenter, 39, hasn't publicly addressed the speculation but shared an inspirational video on her Instagram Story, captioning it "life is a journey not a destination".
In the full video, a man can be heard saying: "The destination is not as important as the journey. We tend to have our eye on the destination. It's more important for you to be aware of the journey that you're on, which means that you should be aware of what's going on right now."
Josie's mysterious post comes after she and Stephen were spotted holding hands while spending time together this week. Since the rumours started circulating, body language expert Darren Stanton has suggested that their relationship might be "more than platonic."

Fan speculation hit fever pitch when Josie shared a photo of herself holding hands with ITV cameraman Sam Morter in Paris, leading many to believe they were an item. But Josie quickly dispelled such gossip, emphasizing that their relationship was strictly friendly and reaffirming her single status.
To set the record straight, she later clarified on Instagram: "I am not in a relationship, neither am I in love with cameraman Sam. I am not with Sam Morter. I love Sam Morter, he is my work colleague, I'm like his older sister. I'm like his auntie. That's as far as it goes."
