The pop star, 28, also wore a tassel skirt for the snap, before donning a puffball black dress and platform heels.
She spoke to Elle magazine ahead of the release of third album Radical Optimism.
It is a hectic time for Dua, who will be at Glastonbury in June, but she said: “I’ve been busy for almost ten years.”

The star, who won Best Pop Act, wore hot pants and a matching cropped jacket as she performed alongside 30 dancers.
Speaking before the jaw-dropping set, the Houdini hitmaker revealed that she wanted to “add a little bit of danger” to her routine.
She added: “It’s all just about having fun and creating a spectacle.
"I mean what better place to do that than at home in London, at the Brits.
“I’m so happy to be here.
"I’m so excited to go and do my warm-up and get ready to go on stage.”
